About the author, Henry Stewart Henry is founder and Chief Happiness Officer of Happy Ltd. Following a fairly disastrous job early on in his career, Henry was determined to discover what enabled a productive and happy workplace. In 1987 Henry set up what was originally called Happy Computers. Inspired by Ricardo Semler\u2019s book\u00a0Maverick, he built a company with a reputation for some of the best customer service in the country and one of the UK\u2019s best places to work, winning multiple awards for its culture and philosophy. Henry was listed in the Guru Radar of the Thinkers50 list of the most influential business thinkers in the world. &#8220;He is one of the thinkers who we believe will shape the future of business,&#8221; explained list compiler Stuart Crainer. His first book,\u00a0Relax, was published in 2009. His second book,\u00a0the Happy Manifesto, was published in 2013 and was short-listed for Business Book of the Year.
