(You can read more about these principles in\u00a0<a href=\"\/the-happy-manifesto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>The Happy Manifesto<\/em><\/a>.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8220;It has had a massive impact&#8221;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anne Clarke, Senior Vice President People and Culture, explains the impact: \u201cThe feedback has been that it was superb. It only finished last month but I feel it has had a massive impact. They are working so much more effectively as a group now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThey say they really opened up a lot more than they thought they would but they were comfortable with that and it created a bond. They all think Happy is wonderful and they regularly refer to how they came across things on the Happy training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAs the four days are spread across three months, it doesn\u2019t take so much away from the day job.
