You can only deliver a great service by having, well, by having people who feel happy, feel well rested, feel well nourished, feel motivated.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There\u2019s no question for me that happy workplaces are more productive, the evidence is very clear. It\u2019s clear from people who have analysed stock market performance of companies \u2014 happy workplaces outperform other workplaces because they get the best out of people.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And, even if it wasn\u2019t true, let\u2019s say it was true that if you are really mean and nasty to people they perform better&#8230; who\u2019d want to run that sort of company? You know, I wouldn\u2019t. But, fortunately it is true, and so by running&#8230; so, my challenge is to make sure that we stick to those principles, and don\u2019t get dragged aside.
