So we are becoming the first in our industry to give our staff&nbsp;<strong>a working week\u2019s leave<\/strong>&nbsp;on us to help settle a new furry family member into their home.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This new company perk is being offered to all BrewDog staff members across the globe \u2013 and it\u2019s certainly the first time we\u2019ve heard of any company offering this great benefit to staff members.&nbsp;<strong>What staff perks could you offer your staff members, to help your organisation to be a great place to work?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brewdog was founded in 2007 by James Watt and Martin Dickie in Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire. They now employ over 450 members of staff, and as well as owning 47 bars globally (with 2 more launching in the US soon), they export their bottled craft beers to over 50 countries.
