Tell me a bit about yourself.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I am married with 3 girls (2 Gen Y and 1 Gen Z who give me first-hand insight into the next generation\u2019s views), and I have a wide range of interests from Chelsea FC to astronomy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. What\u2019s your top tip for creating a happy and engaged workplace?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Trust and support your people, give them space, listen to them, inspire them around the vision and purpose. If you take care of the things they care about, they\u2019ll take care of the things you care about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
