The Leadership Excellence Award is given to organisations that demonstrate all five of their Dimensions of Leadership: Authenticity, Vision, Achievement, Ownership and Collaboration. The Leadership Excellence Award recognises an organisation that has integrity, inspires leaders to take action, keep themselves accountable and forward thinking in terms of the future of their organisations. It\u2019s a wide number of different requirements that all feel in-line with Happy\u2019s key principles, so we are delighted to have achieved this award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Happy\u2019s goal is to create happy workplaces and make sure that they are the default, not an exception. As we are a workplace consultancy and training provider, we do this through our innovative programmes that focus on creating cultures of empowerment and ideas of employee first organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have achieved all of this by listening to our people and making sure that wellbeing and inclusivity is at the heart of what we do. For example, by implementing the four-day work week, we have made sure that our people are well rested and have a true work-life balance. These changes have also increased our people\u2019s productivity, increased sales, and hit higher client satisfaction levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This all shows that having a happy, empowered workplace is something to be proud of, and the standard that all organisations should aim for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
