No longer can organisations ignore the huge impact that having a diverse range of perspectives has &#8211; encouraging new ideas and creative solutions. Diverse organisations win top talent, improve their customer satisfaction and have better decision making, resulting in a huge competitive advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Happy\u2019s Global Majority apprenticeship programmes are designed to amplify these voices and create a new generation of leaders who reflect the rich diversity of our society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this free online event on 15th October, we will start the day with a session on how to network effectively, setting you up for success. This will then be followed with an interactive networking session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will also hear from inspiring Global Majority leaders, including Femi Otitoju. Femi is a diversity and inclusion specialist.
