policy<\/li><li>By keeping the policy short, simple and effective<\/li><li>Storing the latest version of the policy on Teams thereby making it accessible to all staff (including associates) at all times<\/li><li>Regularly involving staff in the development and review of our EDI policy by getting their verbal and written feedback through anonymous surveys and during staff meetings<\/li><\/ul><h3>Equip<\/h3><p>Happy will equip staff to deliver and develop more inclusive processes and policies by:<\/p><ul><li>Identifying areas for development through the collection of staff feedback at staff meetings and through Happy\u2019s anonymous Jamboard<\/li><li>Use this feedback to work with an external training provider (<a href=\"https:\/\/inpd.co.uk\/?msclkid=9e817675b01411ecbc57d57644bf4c3b\">INPD<\/a>) to create and deliver bespoke training for Happy staff on creating a more inclusive workplace<\/li><li>Look into getting training and accreditation for our facilitators on EDI training<\/li><li>Allow space for staff to make mistakes and share these as learning opportunities<\/li><li>Give staff the training they need to challenge discriminatory behaviours in constructive ways (e.g. Having conversations that matter, and how to handle conflict)<\/li><li>Ensure all staff have an up to date copy of our policy on Handling conflict<\/li><li>Ensure staff know who to report discriminatory behaviours to<\/li><li>Ensure staff know what support is available to them should they need support after experiencing discriminatory behaviour\/s<\/li><li>Ensure staff understand that practicing discriminatory behaviour against staff, clients or associates goes against Happy\u2019s values.
