A bigger example,\u00a0Tata<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 who may not be the most popular name in the country at the moment, particularly if anyone\u2019s from South Wales, but when the founder was retiring, he set up a failure award because he saw failure as a goldmine. And the more you can encourage failure, the more you\u2019ll get innovation.
