There are a lot of big benefits from growth, but at the same time, you will need to look back and see what you can keep around from when you are a smaller organisation. Bjarte talks about management and figuring out what the most efficient way to manage would be.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When it comes to budget, there are a lot of problems and it&#8217;s a flawed process, but not a lot of managers have agreed on the solution. Beyond Budgeting is an alternative way to budget which aims at fixing smaller problems.
